Qualifications

• Tax Knowledge Assessment 1 completed.
• 2+ years tax preparation/ accounting/ bookkeeping experience.
• Experience in client-facing, advisory role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete tax returns for individuals and businesses.
• Conduct in-depth client interviews to assess financial situations and tax implications.
• Identify tax savings opportunities and relevant Block products.
• Provide IRS support, tax notice assistance, and audit guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a positive, client-focused office environment.
