Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of tax preparation or related experience
• Experience preparing individual and business tax returns
• Experience in a client-facing advisory role
• Ability to explain tax concepts in client-friendly language
• Must meet IRS/state continuing education requirements
• High school diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns for clients with diverse situations
• Conduct client interviews to understand financial changes and tax implications
