Qualifications

• High School diploma required; related HR experience preferred.
• 2+ years in recruiting support, distribution, or retail environments.
• Temporary assignment of 5-6 months with potential extension based on business needs.
• Bilingual Spanish a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Review applications and resumes daily in Workday and dispositions.
• Screen candidates via Workday, phone, or in-person interviews; schedule initial interviews.
• Assist with offers, background checks, and coordination of orientation.
• Coordinate onboarding materials and orientation sessions for new hires.
• Maintain compliant, confidential candidate and employee records; assist with reports.
