Passport Health is seeking a Seasonal Supply Chain Coordinator in Phoenix, AZ to help ensure our flu clinics are stocked and ready. You will prepare, pack, and ship supplies and vaccines, track shipments, and support inventory.

This role requires organization and dependability as you work with nurses and internal teams during the August–December season, ensuring timely fulfillment and accurate record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a background screening.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, bend, count, sort and perform repetitive tasks.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, pick, pack, and ship supplies and vaccines.
• Track outgoing shipments and returns in company systems.
• Assist with inventory management and maintaining stock levels.
• Organize and maintain a clean, efficient workspace.
• Support department workflows, including ticket management and nurse communications.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of supply needs.
• Assist with additional department projects and tasks as needed.
