Do you love being in the water? It's OK if you're not a fantastic swimmer. But you do need to be AWESOME at passing on knowledge to kids. We're looking for energetic individuals who are eager to learn and can make learning fun. If you have a strong passion for working with children, then we're the place for you.

If you're seeking a flexible work schedule, this position is ideal. You can choose your working hours, with a preference for weekend availability.

Our instructors are rewarded based on their performance. The more students you have on your schedule, the higher your earnings. We also offer a monthly lesson bonus for those who achieve a higher renewal percentage.

Job Description: A Waterworks Aquatics Swim Instructor primarily teaches private and semi-private lessons to children and adults. Our instructors aim to progress students quickly while ensuring they enjoy their lessons.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety of students, coworkers, and yourself
• Provide high-quality swim lessons to all students
• Accurately record student attendance daily
• Communicate concerns or feedback to management
• Complete weekly training assignments

General Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Genuine passion for working with children
• Reliable and committed individuals
• Ability to tread water and lift up to 50 lbs
• First Aid, CPR, AED Certification (Infant, Child, Adult)
• Teachable, respectful, outgoing, and motivated
• Open to feedback and adaptable to change
• Excellent communication skills with customers and students
• Positive mindset and team player
• Caring, engaged, and attentive during lessons
