Job summary

Windsor Fashions is seeking a part-time stylist for a seasonal role in Omaha, NE. You will be the face of the brand, styling customers head to toe and creating a positive in-store experience.

Responsibilities include using the Windsor 4-step Selling Method, sharing styling tips, and keeping the store looking polished. Must be at least 16, able to work varied hours, and read/write English.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and perform store duties in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to read and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Smile and make customers happy using Windsor 4-step Selling Method.
• Share styling tips and Windsor products to help customers feel confident in purchases.
• Maintain store appearance by changing mannequins, tidying displays, and restocking as needed.
• Think creatively to add value for guests and drive store results.
• Follow Windsor policies and procedures with integrity and professionalism.
• Collaborate with team and management to meet personal and store goals.

Physical Demands:

Frequently stands, walks, observes, bends and pushes. Must be able to count, communicate, read and write in English. Must be able to: access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area and register area, operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store, climb ladders, move or handle merchandise or supplies throughout the store (generally weighing from 0-25 pounds) and work varied hours/days to oversee store operations. Environment is fast paced and indoor temperature conditions vary.
