Job summary

Windsor Fashions in Broomfield, CO is seeking a part-time Windsor stylist to greet customers, style outfits, and support store operations in a fast-paced setting.

You’ll be the first face of the Windsor brand, showcasing fashion sense, helping customers with styling, and creating a positive in-store experience. Must be 16+ and able to read/write English; employees enjoy discounts and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must be able to read and write in English.
• Experience in customer-facing retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Smile and make customers happy using the Windsor 4-step Selling Method.
• Style customers head to toe and share fashion passion.
• Care for store display, mannequins, and learning and adapting to improve store performance.
• Think creatively to add value for guests and follow Windsor policies.

Physical Demands:

Frequently stands, walks, observes, bends and pushes. Must be able to count, communicate, read and write in English. Must be able to: access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area and register area, operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store, climb ladders, move or handle merchandise or supplies throughout the store (generally weighing from 0-25 pounds) and work varied hours/days to oversee store operations. Environment is fast paced and indoor temperature conditions vary.
