Job summary

Windsor Fashions is seeking a part-time seasonal Windsor stylist in Okemos, MI to greet customers, provide styling advice, and maintain store presentation. You’ll showcase fashion passion and contribute to a welcoming in-store experience for every guest.

As the first touchpoint of the Windsor brand, you’ll embody style, assist guests with outfits head to toe, and help drive store goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Flexible schedule to cover store hours.
• Ability to converse with customers and style outfits.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and create the Oasis for shoppers using Windsor selling method.
• Share styling tips to help customers feel confident in purchases.
• Maintain store appearance including dressing mannequins and restocking merchandise.
• Think creatively to add value for guests and support store goals.
• Follow Windsor policies and procedures with integrity.
• Support the team and contribute to an inclusive work environment.

Physical Demands:

Frequently stands, walks, observes, bends and pushes. Must be able to count, communicate, read and write in English. Must be able to: access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area and register area, operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store, climb ladders, move or handle merchandise or supplies throughout the store (generally weighing from 0-25 pounds) and work varied hours/days to oversee store operations. Environment is fast paced and indoor temperature conditions vary.
