Job summary

Windsor Fashions is seeking a part-time seasonal Windsor stylist at our Roseville, MI location. You’ll be the first face of our brand, styling customers head-to-toe with passion for fashion and helping them create memorable outfits.

As a Windsor stylist, you’ll use the Windsor 4-step Selling Method, share fashion tips, and maintain a welcoming store environment while supporting team goals and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• 16 years of age or older.
• Must be able to read and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Style customers head-to-toe using Windsor 4-step Selling Method.
• Share styling tips to help customers feel confident in their purchases.
• Maintain store appearance, mannequin displays and cleanliness.
• Think creatively to create value for guests and contribute to store goals.

Physical Demands:

Frequently stands, walks, observes, bends and pushes. Must be able to count, communicate, read and write in English. Must be able to: access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area and register area, operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store, climb ladders, move or handle merchandise or supplies throughout the store (generally weighing from 0-25 pounds) and work varied hours/days to oversee store operations. Environment is fast paced and indoor temperature conditions vary.
