Job summary

Windsor Fashions is seeking a part-time seasonal Windsor stylist in Bloomington, MN. You will style customers, share fashion tips, and create a welcoming in-store experience while keeping displays fresh and inviting.

You must be at least 16 years old, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and embrace Windsor's selling method to delight customers and strengthen the brand. A plan to support development and flexible scheduling is included.

Qualifications

• Must be able to count, communicate, read and write in English.
• Able to stand, walk, and perform store duties in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with styling using the Windsor 4-step Selling Method.
• Style customers and share fashion tips to boost confidence and purchases.
• Support store upkeep: swap mannequins, tidy displays, and hang new arrivals.
• Think creatively to add value for guests and help meet store goals.
• Uphold Windsor policies and maintain integrity across shifts.

Physical Demands:

Frequently stands, walks, observes, bends and pushes. Must be able to count, communicate, read and write in English. Must be able to: access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area and register area, operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store, climb ladders, move or handle merchandise or supplies throughout the store (generally weighing from 0-25 pounds) and work varied hours/days to oversee store operations. Environment is fast paced and indoor temperature conditions vary.
