Job summary

Bloomingdale's is seeking a Seasonal Sales Professional to guide customers toward stylish choices and create a welcoming, human connection on the floor.

You will engage with shoppers, explain loyalty benefits, and support checkout, returns, and store fulfillment processes while upholding visual and operational standards. Prior retail experience is helpful, and a flexible schedule including weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Candidates with a High School Diploma or equivalent are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays

Responsibilities

• Actively circulate the sales floor to assist customers.
• Determine customer needs and communicate benefits of loyalty programs.
• Support the shopping experience from start to finish with friendly, helpful service.
• Deliver operational excellence by leveraging the stores fulfillment system and maintaining merchandise to sell standards.
• Keep floor and fitting room areas clean, organized and ready for customers.
