Bloomingdale’s is seeking Seasonal Sales Professionals to guide customers and make style a source of creative energy. You’ll deliver a welcoming, engaging shopping experience, identify customer needs, explain loyalty programs and support the full shopping journey on the sales floor.

You will also help with merchandising and store operations, using technology and checkout systems. The role requires a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Create an in-store easy, seamless and fun experience allowing you to build and cultivate customer relationships.
• Embrace and be proficient with technology.
• Participate in the merchandising and operational requirements of the role.
• Guide customers and inspire them to view style as a source of energy, delivering the Bloomingdale’s customer experience from start to finish.
• Circulate the sales floor, identify customer needs, share the benefits of Loyalty programs, and support the shopping journey.
