Job summary

Bloomingdale’s is hiring Seasonal Sales Professionals in-store to guide customers and inspire style as a form of personal expression. You’ll engage customers, ensure a welcoming experience, and leverage loyalty programs to enhance shopping.

You’ll work on the sales floor, handle merchandise presentation, and maintain fitting room and floor upkeep while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent encouraged.
• Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Guide and inspire customers to make style a source of creative energy.
• Deliver the Bloomingdale’s customer experience through conversation and warmth.
• Circulate the sales floor, determine customer needs, and share benefits of loyalty programs.
• Support the shopping experience from start to finish and maintain operational standards on the floor and in fitting rooms.
