Bloomingdale’s Seasonal Sales Professionals guide and inspire customers, turning shopping into a creative experience. You will create a welcoming, engaging environment, understand customer needs, promote Loyalty benefits, and support the overall shopping journey from entry to checkout.

Proficiency with technology, collaboration in merchandising and operations, and a flexible schedule including weekends are required for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays

Responsibilities

• Guide and inspire customers to make style a source of creative energy in their lives
• Deliver Bloomingdale’s customer experience through conversation, welcoming, engaging, and inquisitive interactions
• Circulate the sales floor, determine customers’ needs, and support the shopping experience from start to finish
• Deliver operational excellence by leveraging store fulfillment system and maintaining merchandise to sell standards, floor and fitting room upkeep
