Job summary

Kate Spade New York in Commerce, CA is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate III to welcome guests, share styling advice, and help build complete looks. You will engage customers, discuss product attributes, and drive sales while maintaining store standards and stockroom organization.

The role requires strong communication, prior retail experience, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holiday periods. This is a part-time position through January 4, 2027, with pay starting at $17/hour.

Qualifications

• Professional selling skills with interpersonal abilities.
• Prior experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a team.
• Willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques.
• English proficiency (or local language per market).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and confidently, showing product knowledge.
• Listen and ask questions to understand customer needs and create looks.
• Provide styling advice, suggest add-ons, and complete outfits.
• Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless checkout.
• Maintain stockroom organization and POS transactions.
