URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate for its Anthropologie store at 6000 Glades Rd, Boca Raton, FL. You will help create a genuine and unique shopping experience for each customer, driving sales and ensuring a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include engaging customers, sharing product suggestions, and using in-store technology to complete transactions, find sizes, and place orders. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the store needs including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Initiates genuine conversation to engage customers in a personalized way.
• Supports selling by connecting with customers and sharing product suggestions.
• Transacts in-store using technology to find sizes/colors and place orders for items not available in store.
• Builds productive relationships with peers; asks for support when needed and helps others.
• Participates in learning and sharing of product knowledge, trends, and styling priorities to inspire customers.
• Contributes to positive team morale through store initiatives and leadership recognition.
• Understands contribution to service and selling each shift to impact the store's business.
• Supports shipment process and omni order fulfillment while maintaining stock levels of the floor.
• Maintains Anthropologie visuals and operations standards and merchandising updates
