Job summary

Shutterfly is seeking Seasonal Part-Time Team Members to join the JCPenney Portrait Team. Earn $16.00 per hour with paid training, incentives, and flexible scheduling in a fun store/studio environment.

You’ll capture engaging photos, guide customers through sales, and schedule sessions while delivering a memorable experience from start to finish. Prior retail or photography experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused role with strong communication and teamwork.
• Experience in retail, sales, service, or photography is preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Capture photos that are fun and creative to exceed expectations.
• Perform the sales process to achieve Sales Average targets.
• Talk with potential customers and schedule sessions.
• Provide a Wonderful customer experience from start to finish.
