Job summary

Join the JCPenney Portrait Team with Shutterfly as a Seasonal Part-Time Team Member. Earn $15.00 per hour and access paid photography and sales training, plus incentives and a store/studio discount. The role supports a fun, flexible schedule and an inclusive workplace.

You will capture expressive photos, guide customers through the sales process, schedule sessions, and deliver a memorable experience from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Minimum 16 years of age.
• Previous retail, sales, service, or photography experience preferred.
• Ability to work varied schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to quickly establish rapport with children and adults.
• Basic math and computer skills such as navigation and data entry.
• No experience necessary.

Responsibilities

• Capture photos that are fun and creative to exceed customer expectations.
• Perform the sales process to achieve Sales Average expectations.
• Talk with potential customers and call existing customers to schedule and confirm sessions.
• Provide a wonderful customer experience from start to finish.
