Job summary

Shutterfly’s JCPenney Portrait Team in Eugene, OR is hiring for Seasonal Part-Time Team Members. You will capture fun, creative photos and deliver a great customer experience from start to finish.

The role offers $17.25 per hour, paid training, competitive incentives, and flexible schedules, with store and studio discounts. Prior retail or photography experience is preferred but not required. All backgrounds are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age with a HS diploma or GED.
• Retail, sales, service or photography experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to quickly establish rapport with children and adults.
• Basic math and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Capture photos that are fun and creative to exceed customers' expectations.
• Perform the sales process to achieve Sales Average expectations.
• Talk with potential customers and call existing customers to schedule sessions.
• Provide a wonderful customer experience from start to finish.
