Job summary

Lifetouch is seeking Seasonal Part-Time Team Members to join the JCPenney Portrait Team. The role involves capturing photos, guiding customers through the sales process, and scheduling sessions to create memorable experiences in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates are 16+ with strong communication skills, flexible schedules, and a welcoming attitude for all ages. Training is provided, and participation supports ongoing diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 16 years of age.
• Previous retail, sale, service, or photography experience is preferred.
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• No experience necessary!

Responsibilities

• Capture photos that are fun and creative to exceed the customers’ expectations.
• Perform the sales process to achieve Sales Average expectations.
• Talk with potential customers and call existing customers to schedule and confirm sessions.
• Provide a wonderful customer experience from start to finish.
