Job summary

Lifetouch is hiring for seasonal part-time team members in the JCPenney Portrait Studio. You’ll capture photos, guide customers through the sales process, and help schedule sessions to ensure a memorable experience.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Retail, sales, service or photography experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to quickly establish rapport with children and adults.
• Basic math and computer skills (data entry).
• No experience required.

Responsibilities

• Capture photos that are fun and creative to exceed customers’ expectations.
• Perform the sales process to achieve Sales Average expectations.
• Talk with potential customers and call existing customers to schedule and confirm sessions.
• Provide a wonderful customer experience from start to finish.
