Job summary

Lifetouch is hiring Seasonal Part-Time Team Members in our JCPenney Portrait locations. The role involves photographing groups and individuals, guiding sessions, and supporting sales with a focus on delivering a memorable customer experience.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have strong communication skills, and can work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Training is provided, with a friendly team environment and employee discounts available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience in retail, sales, service, or photography preferred.
• Willing to work varied hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to quickly establish rapport with children and adults.
• No experience necessary!
• Training provided in photography and sales.

Responsibilities

• Capture photos that are fun and creative to meet customers' expectations.
• Perform the sales process to meet Sales Average expectations.
• Engage with potential customers and schedule sessions.
• Provide an excellent customer experience from start to finish.
