Job summary

Shutterfly is hiring immediately for Seasonal Part-Time Team Members at our JCPenney Portrait Team. The position offers an $16.00 hourly pay rate and opportunities to learn photography and sales during paid training.

We provide flexible schedules, a fun work environment, and discounts on store and studio purchases. You’ll engage with infants, children, and adults while delivering great customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 16 years of age.
• Retail, sales, service, or photography experience preferred.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Able to quickly establish rapport with children and adults.
• Basic math and computer skills (navigation, data entry).
• No experience necessary.

Responsibilities

• Capture photos that are fun and creative to exceed customers' expectations.
• Perform the sales process to achieve Sales Average expectations.
• Talk with potential customers and call existing customers to schedule and confirm sessions.
• Provide a wonderful customer experience from start to finish.
