Job summary

Shutterfly’s JCPenney Portrait Team is hiring for seasonal part-time roles in Virginia. You’ll capture fun, creative photos and guide customers through the sales process to meet sales targets, while delivering a memorable session from start to finish.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication skills, enjoy working with all ages, and can handle varied schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training is provided and no prior experience is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Retail, sales, service or photography experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to quickly establish rapport with children and adults.
• Basic math and computer skills (navigation, data entry).
• No experience required.

The Skills You’ll Bring

• Minimum 16 years of age
• Previous retail, sale, service, or photography experience is preferred
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to quickly establish rapport with children and adults
• Basic math and computer skills (e.g., navigation, data entry)
• No experience necessary!
