Job summary

Shutterfly is hiring Seasonal Part-Time Team Members for the JCPenney Portrait Team in Sterling, VA. You’ll help capture fun photos, assist customers, and support the sales process in a friendly, fast-paced studio.

No experience is required, but retail, sales, or photography background is a plus. You must be at least 16, with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays; paid training is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 16 years of age.
• Previous retail, sale, service, or photography experience is preferred
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to quickly establish rapport with children and adults
• Basic math and computer skills (e.g., navigation, data entry)
• No experience necessary!
