Job summary

Shutterfly, doing business as JCPenney Portrait Team, is hiring for Seasonal Part-Time Team Members in Ohio. You will capture photos, engage customers, and drive sales in a friendly store/studio environment.

This role requires 18+ with a HS diploma or GED, no experience required, and offers on-the-job training, a fun team, and opportunities to grow. Flexible scheduling is available and the position is seasonal and part-time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior retail, sales, service or photography experience preferred.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Capture photos that are fun and creative to meet customers' expectations.
• Perform the sales process to meet Sales Average targets.
• Talk with potential customers and call existing customers to schedule sessions.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

What You’ll Do Here

• Capture photos that are fun and creative to exceed the customers’ expectations
• Perform the sales process to achieve Sales Average expectations
• Talk with potential customers and call existing customers to schedule and confirm sessions
• Provide a wonderful customer experience from start to finish

The Skills You’ll Bring

• Minimum 18 years of age, with high school diploma or GED Equivalent
• Previous retail, sale, service, or photography experience is preferred
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to quickly establish rapport with children and adults
• Basic math and computer skills (e.g., navigation, data entry)
• No experience necessary!
