Job summary

Shutterfly in Maumee, OH is hiring immediately for Seasonal Part-Time Team Members at the JCPenney Portrait Studio. This role offers $15.75 per hour, paid photography and sales training, and a friendly, flexible workplace where you help customers create lasting memories.

You’ll greet clients, guide sessions, manage the sales process, and ensure a memorable experience from start to finish. Prior retail or photography exposure is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous retail or photography experience is preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

What You’ll Do Here

• Capture photos that are fun and creative to exceed the customers’ expectations

• Provide a wonderful customer experience from start to finish

The Skills You’ll Bring

• Minimum 18 years of age, with high school diploma or GED Equivalent
• Previous retail, sale, service, or photography experience is preferred
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to quickly establish rapport with children and adults
• Basic math and computer skills (e.g., navigation, data entry)
• No experience necessary!
