Job summary

Shutterfly is hiring immediately for Seasonal Part-Time Team Members to join the JCPenney Portrait Team in Mishawaka, IN.

You will capture fun, creative photos, assist with the sales process, and provide a memorable guest experience from start to finish. The role offers an hourly rate of $15.75, flexible schedules, paid training, and a store and studio discount.

No prior experience required; training is provided and opportunities to grow exist within the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age with HS diploma or GED.
• Previous retail, sales, or photography experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to quickly establish rapport with children and adults.
• Basic math and data-entry skills.
• No experience required.

The Skills You'll Bring

• Minimum 18 years of age, with high school diploma or GED Equivalent
• Previous retail, sale, service, or photography experience is preferred
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to quickly establish rapport with children and adults
• Basic math and computer skills (e.g., navigation, data entry)
• No experience necessary!
