Job summary

Lifetouch's JCPenney Portrait Team is hiring seasonal part-time team members in Colorado Springs. You’ll enjoy flexible schedules, training, and a friendly, fast-paced environment focused on memorable photo sessions.

As part of the studio team you’ll capture engaging portraits, guide customers through the sales process, schedule sessions, and deliver a positive experience from first hello to final print.

Qualifications

• Patience and ability to work with children and adults.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays availability.
• Prior retail, sales, or photography experience preferred.
• Basic math and computer skills.

Responsibilities

Hourly Pay Rate: $16.25

What You’ll Do Here

• Capture photos that are fun and creative to exceed the customers’ expectations
• Perform the sales process to achieve Sales Average expectations
• Talk with potential customers and call existing customers to schedule and confirm sessions
• Provide a wonderful customer experience from start to finish

The Skills You’ll Bring

• Minimum 16 years of age
• Previous retail, sale, service, or photography experience is preferred
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to quickly establish rapport with children and adults
• Basic math and computer skills (e.g., navigation, data entry)
• No experience necessary!
