Open is seeking a dynamic part-time Studio Ops Crew member in Los Angeles to deliver world-class hospitality to our clients. You will assist daily operations, welcome guests, and support the studio with tasks to keep spaces inviting and efficient.

Responsibilities include client check-in, membership sales, POS tasks, and maintaining clean, organized spaces. A fast-paced startup vibe and community focus define this role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients and members with a warm welcome and excellent service.
• Handle studio schedule tasks and point-of-sale duties, including check-in, memberships, retail, and account maintenance.
• Perform opening, mid-day, and closing duties following Open guidelines.
• Clean and prepare the studio space and ensure equipment is ready for use.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas including front desk, locker room, and facilities.
• Address member and client complaints promptly and escalate when needed.
• Promote studio amenities, products, and events with professionalism.
• Educate clients on the Open app and foster a sense of community.
