The Buckle, Inc. is hiring a part‑time Store Support Teammate at The Village At Meridian, ID. You will greet guests, process sales at the POS, and help with merchandising and store upkeep to support a smooth shopping experience.

You should be available for a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and peak holiday days. Training is provided and a teammate discount is offered along with other benefits.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training.
• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and assist with store inquiries.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and major holiday days.
• Operate the POS software to complete guest transactions.

Responsabilités

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and answer questions about store and merchandise.
• Work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and major holidays as needed.
• Complete guest transactions using POS software and bag purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, payments, exchanges and security practices.
• Monitor security risks and assist in preventing theft.
• Assist Operations Manager or Visual Merchandiser with merchandising tasks and displays.
• Keep the store clean, organized and shoppable.
