Job summary

Buckle in Mount Shasta is seeking a Store Support Teammate for a part-time, on-site role. You will greet guests, process transactions, and support store operations under the Store Manager, with a compensation range of $16.90 to $18 per hour.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; part-time, on-site role.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude, and assist with store inquiries.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and key shopping days.
• Complete Guest transactions by operating the POS software and bagging purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
• Monitor and recognize security risks and thefts, and know how to prevent or handle these situations.
• Assist Operations Manager/Visual Merchandiser with merchandising tasks, displays, price markdowns, and transfers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable store to fulfill Buckle’s mission statement.
• Adhere to Buckle’s Code of Ethics and all policies and procedures.
• Contribute to Buckle’s mission through high-level guest service and teamwork.
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
