Job summary

Buckle in Santa Rosa is seeking a Store Support Teammate to help fulfill our mission: to create the most enjoyable shopping experience for our Guests. You will assist with sales support tasks and respond to guest questions under the Store Manager’s guidance.

The role is on-site, part-time with a pay range of $18.21-$19/hr, and offers benefits including health coverage, retirement plans, and employee discounts to eligible teammates.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly attitude and answer questions about store and merchandise.
• Complete Guest transactions using the POS system and bag purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, policies for payments/exchanges, and security.
• Monitor security risks and how to handle them.
• Assist Operations Manager/Visual Merchandiser with merchandising tasks and displays.
