Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is hiring a Part-Time Store Support Teammate at our Weberstown Mall location in Stockton, CA. You will greet Guests, process transactions at the POS, and help maintain displays and store cleanliness to deliver an enjoyable shopping experience.

We offer a base pay of $16.90 to $18 per hour, with benefits for Full-Time and Part-Time teammates, including health options, retirement plans, and paid time off. No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude, and answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Complete Guest transactions by operating the Point of Sale (POS) software and bagging purchases.
• Maintain and share knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
• Monitor and recognize security risks and thefts, and know how to prevent or handle these situations.
• Assist the Operations Manager and/or Visual Merchandiser in performing merchandising tasks, such as preparing displays and transfers.
• Consistently maintain a clean, organized and shoppable store to fulfill Buckle’s mission statement.
