Job summary

Buckle is seeking a part-time Store Support Teammate in Findlay, OH to help create a memorable shopping experience for guests. You will greet customers, assist with merchandise questions, and process sales at the POS while keeping displays current and merchandise organized.

Responsibilities include supporting the Store Manager with merchandising tasks, maintaining a clean and safe store, and handling open dialogue about promotions, payments, and exchanges. Flexible weekend shifts apply.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude, and answer questions about the store and merchandise.
• Work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday shopping periods.
• Complete Guest transactions by operating the POS software and bagging purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, policies, and security practices.
• Monitor security risks and theft, and know how to handle situations.
• Assist with merchandising tasks such as displays, fixtures, pricing, and transfers.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and shoppable, in line with Buckle’s standards.
• Follow Buckle’s Code of Ethics and policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
