Job summary

Buckle Kansas City is hiring a Part-Time Store Support Teammate to help create the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests. You’ll greet shoppers, assist with transactions at the POS, and support merchandising and store upkeep.

No prior experience is required. This on-site role offers a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods, plus teammate discounts and benefits after eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and answer questions regarding the store and merchandise.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system and bag purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, policies, and security practices.
• Assist Operations Manager/Visual Merchandiser with merchandising tasks and displays (up to ten feet).
• Keep the store clean, organized and shoppable.
• Follow Buckle’s Code of Ethics and company policies.
