Job summary

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Friendly, guest-focused approach with attention to store policies.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and answer questions about store and products.
• Operate POS and complete transactions.
• Maintain knowledge of sales, promotions, and policies.
• Monitor security risks and deter theft.
• Assist with merchandising and displays up to 10 feet tall.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and shoppable.
• Follow Buckle Code of Ethics and store procedures.
• Perform special projects as assigned.
