Job summary

At Home Group Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Team Member to support store operations during peak periods.

You will assist with merchandising, freight, front-end operations, and customer service across the sales floor, stockroom, and receiving areas to maintain a clean, well-stocked environment and deliver a customer-focused shopping experience. This seasonal role is temporary and does not guarantee ongoing employment.

Responsibilities

• Performs cashier and front-end duties accurately and efficiently.
• Processes freight, stocks, and replenishes merchandise per merchandising guidelines.
• Performs store recovery, conditioning, and housekeeping tasks as assigned.
• Completes tasks and workload within established timeframes.
• Supports safety, inventory accuracy, shrink reduction, and loss prevention initiatives.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
