Job summary

Spirit Halloween is hiring for a seasonal position with an hourly rate ranging from $15.15 to $15.40, dependent upon qualifications and experience. The job includes supporting the Store Management Team in all aspects of store setup and operations.

The role requires maintaining guest services, generating sales, and performing general housekeeping tasks. Applicants should be at least 16 years old and able to meet physical demands like lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store.
• Maintain Guest Services as per Company Standards.
• Generate sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention.
