Job summary

Spirit Halloween is looking for a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the Store Management Team in various tasks including setup, merchandising, and customer service.

The position offers an hourly rate of $11.80 to $12.00 depending on qualifications and experience. Applicants must be at least 16 years old and be able to handle physical demands such as lifting up to 50 pounds and standing or walking for long periods.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement is 16.
• Physical demands include climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Management Team in store setup and teardown.
• Maintain Guest Services as per Company Standards.
• Generate sales and assist with merchandising, pricing, and POS operations.
