Job summary

Spirit Halloween is seeking a Sales Associate to assist the Store Management Team in setting up and maintaining a seasonal store. Responsibilities include supporting merchandising, maintaining guest services, generating sales, and implementing loss prevention measures. Candidates should be at least 16 years old and able to meet physical demands such as lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods. Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 16.
• Physical demands include climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds, and may require 8 hours of standing/walking.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store.
• Maintain Guest Services as per Company Standards.
• Generate sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations.
• Implement loss prevention measures.
