• Customer Service: assist customers and respond to questions on the sales floor.
• Executes pricing and signing: update ticket prices and signage across the store.
• Replenish and restock: pull and prepare merchandise to keep shelves stocked.
• Receive and unload merchandise: help unload trucks and process backroom stock.
• Backroom standards: keep stockroom safe, clean and organized.
• Online jcp.com pickup: locate and fulfill online orders when needed.
• Merchandise strategy: implement leadership plans for merchandise placement.
• Participates in a learning environment: absorb information from peers and training materials.
