Job summary

JCPenney is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate in Tulsa to help create an outstanding customer experience by performing store operations before opening. This early morning role supports the task team, stocking, pricing, and online order fulfillment to ensure shelves are ready for customers.

You will learn and apply merchandising standards, participate in a fast-paced environment, and may receive a future extension based on performance and availability.

Qualifications

• Customer focus and ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Ability to replenish shelves and manage merchandise flow.
• Proficiency with price changes and signage while maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced store environment.
• Execute pricing and signing accurately across merchandise.
• Replenish and restock to meet customer demand and flow goods to the floor.
• Receive and unload merchandise and maintain backroom organization.
• Uphold backroom standards for safety and cleanliness.
• Fulfill online orders from jcp.com when required.
• Implement merchandising plans to optimize product placement.
