Job summary

JCPenney seeks a Seasonal Operations Associate to help create an outstanding customer experience by performing in-store operations before opening. You’ll work with the task team on early morning shifts as a seasonal hire with the potential for extension based on performance and availability.

Key duties include assisting customers, updating prices, restocking, unloading merchandise, and maintaining orderly backrooms while following merchandising plans to deliver a top-notch shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: assist customers and answer questions while moving around the store.
• Executes pricing and signing to adjust tickets as needed.
• Replenish and restock merchandise to ensure available styles and sizes.
• Receive and unload merchandise from trucks and backroom preparation.
• Maintain stockroom standards and organization.
