Job summary

JCPenney is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate to help create an outstanding customer experience through store operations. This early-morning role works with the task team to complete tasks before opening and is a seasonal position with potential for extension based on performance.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, adjusting signage and prices, restocking, unloading merchandise, and maintaining a tidy backroom. Eligible associates receive benefits and discount opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Customer service while assisting shoppers and answering questions.
• Execute pricing and signing across merchandise in the store.
• Replenish and restock to meet customer demand for styles and sizes.
• Receive and unload merchandise with the team and organize backroom.
• Maintain clean, safe stockroom and organize inventory area.
• Fulfill online order pick-ups from jcp.com when needed.
• Implement merchandising plans to enhance customer experience on the floor.
• Participate in ongoing training and learn new processes.
