Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Task Associate to help deliver operational excellence in-store. You will keep fixtures stocked, ensure cleanliness, and support the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager with timely replenishment and compliance tasks.

This role requires flexibility across early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and a strong team mindset; candidates should be comfortable using POS systems and Apple devices, and maintain store standards while protecting assets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of operational processes including shipment, replenishment, and inventory procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Be knowledgeable of Ulta Beauty’s policies, procedures, and standards.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, inventory procedures, and processing shipment using Ulta Beauty’s technology and best practices.
