Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Task Associate to support daily store operations and guest experiences. The role focuses on keeping fixtures stocked, maintaining store cleanliness, and completing assigned tasks under the guidance of the Merchandise and Operations Managers.

The position requires attention to detail, adherence to store policies, and the ability to follow procedures. Availability for flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of operational processes, including shipment and replenishment.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment that supports teammates and guests.
• Participate in ongoing training to enable professional development and drive sales performance.
