Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Task Associate to support store operations, ensuring merchandise is stocked and the store remains clean and inviting for guests. You will assist the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager by focusing on performance, people, and process, while adhering to company standards.

This role requires attention to detail, flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional guest

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store retail goals by executing tasks and ensuring product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and related processes.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Be knowledgeable of Ulta Beauty’s policies, procedures, and standards.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, and inventory procedures.
• Drive operational excellence by keeping work area replenished and presentable.
• Maintain store cleanliness including salesfloor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break area.
