Ulta Beauty is hiring a Seasonal Task Associate to support store operations and guest experience. The role focuses on keeping fixtures stocked, maintaining cleanliness, and following procedures to meet performance metrics.

Responsibilities include merchandise replenishment, inventory procedures, and operating with Ulta Beauty standards. Flexibility to work early mornings, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS system and Apple devices).
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Meet store goals by ensuring tasks are executed and merchandise is available.
• Follow up on task dashboards, shipments, replenishments, and inventory procedures.
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Support an inclusive environment for teammates and guests.
• Participate in ongoing brand and product training to drive sales performance.
• Adhere to company policies, dress code, and operating standards.
• Perform merchandise resets, planograms, displays, and testing with Ulta Beauty best practices.
• Keep the store clean and organized across sales floor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break areas.
• Support loss prevention and provide excellent guest service.
