Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent.
• Proficient with basic technology including POS systems and Apple devices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Meet store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and products are available.
• Meet compliance and execution goals for task dashboard and replenishment.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Support teammates and guests through inclusive actions.
• Participate in ongoing brand and category training to boost sales.
• Follow Ulta Beauty policies, dress code, and standard procedures.
• Complete merchandise resets, displays, inventories, and shipments.
• Keep work area replenished and testers available.
• Maintain store cleanliness across all areas.
• Protect company assets via loss prevention practices.
